- Supplier vetting. Visits or verifies the workshop, checks capacity honestly, and records what it cannot make as well as what it can.
- Specification and sampling. Turns a buyer’s drawing into a specification the workshop can quote against, and gets a sample before a run is booked.
- Quality control. Inspects against the agreed specification before container loading and reports defects rather than shipping around them.
- Documentation and export. Prepares invoice, packing list and the certificates the destination requires, and says when a certificate cannot be obtained.
- Logistics coordination. Books the forwarder, tracks the container and reports delays as they occur.
